Do you ship internationally?

When will I receive my order?

Because we base our products in several countries, it may take up to 2-4 weeks for you to receive your order. We thank you kindly for your patience -- great things come to those who wait.

What is your return policy?

We are sorry you didn't like your product. You can refund the item within 45 days of receiving your order. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we ship various items from different locations like our multiple distribution centres. Don't fret, you are still receiving your order from us at ONG.

Why is my item on backorder?

Sometimes we get too many orders for us to handle - we think it's a good thing. We ask that you are patient as we prepare all your orders to be shipped.
